Our mission is to empower African retail businesses to optimize their operations in a whole new way. We do this by driving digital transformation, automating retail operations and disrupting the economics of deploying retail cloud solutions. We are on a journey to become the most dominant retail cloud software provider among the 100 million+ retail businesses in Africa. Initially launched as a custom-hosted enterprise software in 2018, was later pivoted to a fully cloud-only pay-as-you go subscription-based business model. The company offers a hybrid model to solve the problem of unstable internet connectivity.

For today’s businesses to grow and stay competitive, they have to adopt digital resources. These resources include devices, hardware and software. The challenge is, many SMEs do not have the bulk sum to buy the devices or pay for custom software licenses. We are helping them access world class digital devices and software at an affordable payment plan. And then they are able to manage all their digital resources from one single dashboard.
We are currently using AI to assess businesses to determine if they qualify for Asset financing and also to provide users with useful recommendations on the resources they need the most. Our AI is currently being trained to provide bespoke advice and recommendations for businesses as they continue to use the platform. Goal is to help them make better decisions that will improve their business incomes and increase their revenues.
End goal is for our platform to be an AI-powered Operating System for businesses.

Pade HCM

We are building Africa’s largest database of verified earners, via end-to-end HR and Payroll technology. Pade is a business optimization product that helps simplify, automate and efficiently execute HR and administrative tasks for businesses in Africa. From Employee Information Management, Leave, Loans & Salary Advances, Procurement, Performance Management and Payroll, to leveraging AI for HR Analytics. 
Our vision is to provide these services for companies all over the continent, with a big portion of our focus being on small to medium scale businesses, however, our software is also designed to help large corporations who want to be nimbler with managing HR and admin tasks. Our strategy is to deploy software that is quick, nimble and easy to use without rigid workflows for a dynamic range of businesses. Users can have as little as 10 staff to several thousand staff.
